One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Went to the dealer waited over an hour to have my car appraised. Finally was presented with one offer "take it or leave it". Sales rep did want to negotiat the dealer waited over an hour to have my car appraised. Finally was presented with one offer "take it or leave it". Sales rep did want to negotiate at all. On my way out I said to the sales person that I have never experience anything like that before and I felt like they want to lose me as a customer to another dealer of brand. The sales rep told that I wasted two hours of his time (technically they wasted my time since I was waiting over an hour for the appraisal of my car)and ask me to do him a favor and never come back. I will not buy another car at this dealer. This kind of treatment from so called "elite Lexus dealer" is unacceptable. More
