I was walking through the lot and looking at the used certified pre owned SUV's when Randy Josefik walked up to me and asked if he could answer any questions I might have. After listening to me describe the vehicle I wanted and the options I wanted as well as the pricing I wished to stay within Randy put me into an SUV/hybrid for a test drive and it had every feature I wanted. Randy had truly listened to what I said! Randy answered all of my questions and worked with me at the dealership and then with my husband by phone to facilitate my purchase. It was a late night for all involved but Randy Patiently walked me through the contractual information then waited while I met with Financing to complete the transaction. Alex was great and explained each and every icon on the dashboard, set up my blue tooth, my garage door opener buttons and answered all of my technical questions. The service department filled the tank and washed the vehicle and helped me unload my trade in and move everything into the new purchase. All in all I was more than pleased with the entire experience and drove home that night with my new plates on and everything I wanted in a vehicle at my fingertips. I've spent a lot of time in car dealerships in the past couple of years. I've bought a couple cars myself, and I've helped some friends and family out since I'm somewhat of a car guy. I tend to be leery of larger dealerships because I feel like they become less personable and more mechanical in their operations, which generally results in a less friendly and less personal experience. And on top of that, they're generally harder to deal with if there is a problem after the sale. That was absolutely not the case with Woodfield Lexus. I worked with Mark Demma while I was there, and he could not have possibly been more helpful. He came in on his day off because it was the only time I could make it in, and he was always ready for me when I got there. And there was no one there trying to oversell anything. I didn't feel pressured at all, and I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. The actual purchasing process was very smooth compared to a lot of other dealerships I've been to, and I got a fantastic deal on the car I bought. I had been looking for awhile for this car. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I was very picky. I ended up getting what I wanted and then some, and for a price that was better than I could have hoped for. After the purchase, Mark stayed in contact with me. Not because he wanted me to buy more cars, but just because he wanted to make sure I was enjoying my new ride. What more could you ask for? More

Moreover, if he did not have the answer, he found the answer for me. Igor was an exceptional listener, and was never pushy. In addition, Igor, as well as the gentleman in used car finance, were incredibly understanding and respectful of my monthly car budget. Although it took a great deal of time and effort on their part, they truly did whatever the could to work with me. Igor and his coworkers used a team selling approach, which engaged me as a buyer. (even the lady who helped me with financing and purchasing was super friendly!) To add, Igor and the individuals at Woodfield Lexus are professional, courteous, personable and ambitious. Finally, two days after I drove away with my car, I received a follow-up call from Igor thanking me for my business and checking in to make sure I was happy with my new automobile. I have purchased numerous cars from resnick group...was hoping to purchase one more! Never again!, The prices they gave me were ridiculous, I test drove a car and was not even able to drive it off the hoping to purchase one more! So disappointed in the whole experience...and what a shame because their service department is great! And it is so close to my house.
