Subsequent to this review, I was contacted by Ed Vale, Woodfield Lexus Service Manager. Ed asked for the opportunity to research and address my issues. He did so personally with professionalism. Ed explained where he felt his tech went wrong. He provided a complete check-up and review of my car and thoroughly explained the issue with the brakes and mistake regarding the timing belt. Ed provided the high-end customer service that Lexus is typically known for and as a results has won my business back.
