He also takes care of my husband's car. Recently he was so kind to send someone out quickly to replace the battery in his car as illness prevented him from having his car serviced. It gave my husband peace of mind knowing that he could start his car if necessary. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone having service done at Woodfield Lexus. More

My Salesman- Mark Demma- Mark has always made me feel that he wants my business and wants to make the deal without all the high pressure sales. He has always given me a very fair deal and wants to be assured he has done everything possible to make sure I am totally satisfied. Ask for him, if you stop in. Very friendly and honest guy who will treat you fair !!!!! 2. Delivery Manager- Dave Gustafson- Can't say enough about this guy who has the knowledge and most of all patience to instruct me on how to operate the car and understand all the features no matter how may hours or trips It may take. 3. Service- Paul Crossman- Does a Phenomenal job. Ok, the dealership already has my money and Paul continues to give me attention and service that gets rated way above Excellent. Dead Battery abd Recall When my car would not start, I called Paul. He told me what to do. When I brought my car in the next day it was Red Carpet Service as usual with Pau When my car would not start, I called Paul. He told me what to do. When I brought my car in the next day it was Red Carpet Service as usual with Pau when i received a new battery. When my car was recalled, Paul had a loaner set, got me in and out quickly. Always with a smile, always explaining what was wrong and how it was corrected. I have known Paul now close to 20 years. He is the BEST. I always call Paul when I have a problem or question. He is so knowledgeable. He can answer questions my salesman can't. I always go to Paul for everything!!! I will continue to do so! There was also a young man who came out for roadside assistance with my bateery. Valman(?). He was the best also. Give the young man a big promotion. Courteous, helpful a great asset to Lexus! More

A hugely unfortunate waste of time! My son and I went to Woodfield Lexus two weeks ago to look at their demos/ certified pre-owned cars. The dealership is dazzlingly beautiful, and we we My son and I went to Woodfield Lexus two weeks ago to look at their demos/ certified pre-owned cars. The dealership is dazzlingly beautiful, and we were greeted by friendly enthusiastic staff who offered us a variety of cold beverages. Our salesman told us they had no demos, and showed us some of there 2013 certified pre-owned cars that I test drove. Near the end of our visit, they suddenly remembered a "demo" that was exactly the color I wanted. I was told this car was just recently returned and not even on "the books." They told me the price they quoted me was very special. I loved the car, and told them I would return the next day with my husband to buy the car. That evening, while on the Woodfield Lexus website I found the same car at a price $600.00 less than the price quoted me. They had simply made up the story of this car just recently being returned and not even being "on the books." After talking to my salesman and the sales manager I was given a shifty explanation that what I saw was a leasing special from back in June. Funny, when I went back online I found that the prices quoted were guaranteed until September 2014. The sale online had nothing to do with leasing, it was a demo sale. Another disturbing finding was that there were several demos listed on the website, but I was initially told there were no demos currently available. Woodfield Lexus has a lovely facility and their people are friendly and enthusiastic. Don't be dazzled and fall into their trap of deceit and lies. We all deserve better treatment than this. More
