It was a pleasant experience as we did not feel any 'pressure' as we have in the past with car salesmen. We ended up agreeing on a price and drove our GS350 home the same day. Terris is a class act. Everything went well just very expensive not warranty part. It's a brand new car and the mirror was only slightly knicked.
