Free Oil Change We were in for the free oil change for a Certified Lexus LS 460 we purchased last Spring and a couple of minor issues. During the servicing it was no We were in for the free oil change for a Certified Lexus LS 460 we purchased last Spring and a couple of minor issues. During the servicing it was noted that original battery was very weak so we elected to have it replace. In addition, we updated the GPS system which frankly rather priceize. (sp). The driver's side front window which would only come down half way was fixed under warranty as it should have been. Overall, all personnel were friendly, helpful and performed their jobs at a very high standard. I can not think of one thing that could have been done better. One thing that really impressed us was that both Derek and Mandeep gave us their cards and stress the point if we had any questions to feel free to call them. The deal made was fair and was impressed with the way both interacted with me. Would of ranked five stars across the board if the purchased went according to plan. I had a agreement in place with James and Greg. I was to pickup the car and sign paperwork at 4 PM on Friday. I got a call from James at 3 PM saying the sales manager on duty Lane Gibson (Greg was off) just sold the car that I was going to pickup in hour. James was disappointed and said he would do everything in his power to get a car traded to his dealership that matched the one I intended to buy as they didn't have any in stock. My disappointment was great so I wanted to talk to Lane on what had transpired. I was told by Lane that he had 19 salesman that all had to feed their kids and since he had a buyer at his store that it was a no brainer on his part to sell it. I asked if he knew I was coming in at 4 to sign the paperwork which he replied yes but since he was told the same story many times by people who never show up, he had no problem selling the car away from me. Lane told me twice that I should of bought it when I orginally test drove it. I explained that was my intention but the finance company handling my trade in wasn't giving the payoff amount to James due to the lateness and the company's short comings. Lane then said I should of made a financial commitment to the auto and it could of been placed on reserved. That was something I discussed with Greg the day before but the final details still weren't in place. The day our agreement was finalized occurred at 930 AM by James and myself and we both agreed that I would come in at 4 to sign and pickup. I was never told that I needed to make a financial agreement on final day but was ensured the car was mine at 4PM. If stated that I needed to, I would have had no problem doing so. The tone and arrogance Lane displayed was unprofessional and rude. Not one time to Lane say sorry for this situation or offer any solutions to get a different vehicle for me. All he had to say was there was some miscommunication and that he would do everything in his power to get the car I wanted. To take care of the customer as James wanted to do. Lane hung up on me with no remorse or care in how everything played out. He was sort of celebratory in his tone that they sold the auto to a customer who was "in the building." A half hour later, James called and said he and his controller (don't know his name) found a auto with same colors and specs and that he could have it there in the AM. I told James I had to think about as I wasn't sure I wanted to do business with a company who has a sales manager who treats their customers like Lane had. I felt bad for James as he worked hard on our deal and deserved my business. To conclude, I purchased the same car at Arlington Lexus and couldn't of been happier of the service I recieved. Professional on all levels. James and Greg - top notch! Lane - I wouldn't step foot in that dealership again based solely on him. More

My wife and I were trying to find the best one in our price range. Next time we will come here first. We worked with Mark Demma who was never pushy just gave facts and answered questions. He was amazing to work with, like talking to family. My wife and I look forward to buying our next car from Mr. Demma. I highly recommend Mr. Demma if you are looking for a car. As for the car it was a 2007 Honda Pilot. Naturally you expect issues and just have to deal with in a vehicle of this age. The one they had looked like it came off the showroom floor. They didn't lie when we were told "not every used car goes on our lot we take in". They truly do only sell and present vehicles in amazing shape. After the previous 11 we saw this was the best hands down! If we could afford a new Lexus, or if you can, I wouldn't hesitate to visit this dealer before buying. We wasted so much time visiting other dealers which we have very little with 2 infants! In our situation we bought used but were never treated like lower class, they were extremely nice and caring. It was great experience and memory we will always have. More

Lane Gibson (New/Used Sales Manager) was not pleased with my level of service at all and went beyond want a Sales Manager should do to make my experience worth while. The Owner of Woodfield even gave me a call because he was not thrilled to hear about my experience (now that goes a long way for me)!!!!! It has been over a year and my salesman has left the organization. Lane personally still stays in touch with me via phone and email to make sure my Lexus IS 250 2014 is performing well. I have never had this level of service from buying a car in my life. Cause of the owner, Lane and his team, regardless of what state I am in when purchasing a new Lexus, I will come to Woodfield Lexus. Thanks Woodfield for being exceptional! More
