I knew what trim level I desire I purchased a 2015 NX last week. Yes, I would definitely recommend Woodfield Lexus. I bought this NX sight unseen. I knew what trim level I desired, and found this NX online. I had test driven the NX at other dealerships. Dealing with Woodfield Lexus was seamless. They actually wanted my business, but they weren't pushy. What a concept! I had dealt with two other dealerships in my area. They couldn't have cared less to have me as their customer. I assume the reasons were, that I did not have a trade in vehicle, nor was I interested in financing. Woodfield Lexus didn't even ask. They sold me the car that I was inquiring about. That's all I asked for, and wanted. No smoke and mirrors at this dealership. It was straight forward. They made me feel welcome. When I took delivery of the NX, it was actually fun! From the time I arrived to departure, every employee was attentive, and knowledgeable. Mark Demma was my sales consultant. He has the experience and expertise. Mark made my purchase a satisfying experience. During the entire process, Mark communicated with me several times with follow up calls. He didn't drop the ball. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mark. Super guy, and great personality! The best! Mark even helped me transfer my belongings from my vehicle to the new NX. Service with a smile! Jerry Oslane was the financial mgr. that handled the transaction smoothly and efficiently. Very pleasant. David Gustafson, a delivery/tech specialist helped me set up the navigation. We had a lot of fun doing that. I was laughing so hard, that I was crying! David spent a lot of time with me, and was extremely helpful. Greg Clark the general sales manager, was front and center. Greg made sure the transaction went well. He thanked me for my business more than once, with a handshake and a smile. His visibility, and customer appreciation was important. It didn't go unnoticed. Needed service ASAP Recently my work schedule has been crazy and I had no time to get my car serviced when I knew it needed it. When I realized it was not getting better Recently my work schedule has been crazy and I had no time to get my car serviced when I knew it needed it. When I realized it was not getting better I called and got in on a Friday morning, having to work all weekend. Sean was extremely accommodating and got my car fixed and ready on Saturday. Due to my work schedule I told him I might be able to pick up on Saturday. That was not even a issue for him. I loved the 2015 SUV, but my heart is with my 2004 RX until it can't do it anymore. My only suggestion for this dealership is wash the inside windows and upgrade the complimentary snacks for the time of day. Muffins and sweet rolls all day is not appealing. More
