Mark Demma was great to work with. We met him on a very busy Saturday afternoon. We called for an appointment but we arrived at the dealer, no one was assigned to us. Was so pleased working with Woodfield Lexus and Dan Rosen specifically. It started with Dan allowing me to take a new RX for a test drive for as long as I wanted by myself. I was able to park off the road specifically. It started with Dan allowing me to take a new RX for a test drive for as long as I wanted by myself.
