They all made sure that I was well taken care of, and after price shopping with a lot of different Lexus dealerships, the benefits of going with Woodfield Lexus made everything worthwhile.I sat down and told them exactly what I was looking for, as well as my second color option - just in case they couldn't find my first one. Two days later, I got a call back and was told that they found my vehicle and would have it shipped in ASAP. While the finance documents were being prepared, I was shown all the features I can think of with the vehicle. The gentleman who had showed me was very informative and knowledgeable of exactly what everything was. This is the place you need to go to when looking for a new Lexus, because it's not just the service, but also the whole atmosphere of the building. Mrs. Azam made the final paperwork painless and quick. We ended up getting the protection plans for the car (dents and tires) because it was well worth it! From the initial contact in 2007 through today, I have received excellent service; timely follow-up, respect and consideration for my time from knowledgeable sales and service team members and of course a high quality luxury vehicle that has never failed me. I chose to work specifically with Eugene Merlin as the Sales Associate to due to his genuine demeanor. I went in for test-drives to other Lexus dealerships, and spoken to multiple sales associates, including more than one at the Schaumburg location. Eugene was the first one to not prioritize the price. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It happened to be a very busy day for the dealership, however the rest of staff (especially Yasmine Azam and Derek Dukey) remained professional, accomodating, and friendly. More
