Coming from Rockford, Dan Rosen communicated with me by phone and email several times to answer multiple questions I had to avoid me having to drive to Schaumburg and ask in person. Once I arrived at the dealership (which was very busy), Dan was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, very nice, respectful, and professional, and quick to help me. The process was very quick, smooth, and organized. David Gustafson was great too - very knowledgeable about my new vehicle (Lexus IS 250 sport) and explained things quickly and in a very understandable way, as this is my first Lexus. Both Dan and David have been more than willing to answer residual questions I had even after I was home several days after owning my car. Very happy with them and I love my car! These guys know what they are doing! More

We located the car we both liked and it happened to be at this dealership. We test drove the car and loved it. Unfortunately, it was rear wheel drive and that was a deal breaker for us. That's when Dan asked what we thought of another Lexus LS L on the lot. It was more that what we wanted to pay but Dan worked his magic. Dan was able to get us a much nicer vehicle with an affordable monthly payment. We couldn't be more happy with our decision. I was in line at the door Friday morning and my car would not start after a jump to start the car David called me into his office and took care of my service needs, which turned out to be more than just the oil change I came in for but they were all things that I also had on my list to eventually do. The nice thing was they were also included in the Black Friday special. Bottom line I was happy with the service and with David's handling of me. More

The way dealer service should be! I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trip I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trips to correct their mistakes. Brake slider covers forgot after brake job, battery cover clips missing after battery replacement, oil change interval not reset after oil change, and most recently, dashboard trim falling off after an airbag recall. Not what I expect from "Factory Trained Technicians". Then there is the service staff at Woodfield Lexus. There is a reason the same people are employed there year after year. They are good at their job, and the Resnick Group only keeps the best of the best around. My service advisor, Mike Evans was the most knowledgeable advisor I have had the pleasure to work with, and was honest, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and speaking with Mike and Master Technician Darin, my needs and concerns were addressed in the most professional manner. As I waited for my work to be completed, it was also refreshing to hear other advisors dealing with their customers (Tonya) in much the same way, with clear descriptions of the issues discovered, and a non pushy attitude. The respect that all customers received is almost unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend Woodfield Lexus to anyone. Now which Lexus can I replace my BMW with??? More

This pleasant experience led to me visiting the dealership with my wife. The car was ready for us out front before we got there. There extensive selection was beautiful and the car we saw was a gem. It was priced competitively before we even came in and the process was outstanding. We worked with Mark Demma as our sales consultant; we were provided excellent maintenance and inspection information by Rob, and the General Manager Greg Clark, with over 20 years of experience, was extremely pleasant to do business with. His outstanding attitude and wonderful demeanor made me feel rest assured that this transaction was being done professionally and on good terms. I now have a new sales team to see in Chicago and this was my 4th car in the last years and by far the best experience. More
