Mark Demma is a great person I bought a new RX350 several weeks ago. Mark Demma helped us to figure out what we need and made everything under the budget. Compared to BWM's sales person's efficiency(it took an hour to just get a price), Mark was extremely efficient. The price was fair, and Mark did not push us on any additional products we don't need. He answered all my questions in time and responded my text message very quick even when he was off work. We didn't have enough cash at the first time. Mark also helped us to hold the vehicle for a week. At the time of the delivery, Mark gave us a lexus bear for a gift. Overall, Mark Demma is a type of sales person you want to work with.
