Dan was very patient and helpful in assisting me in my search for a new vehicle. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and seemed genuinely interested in building a relationship instead at search for a new vehicle. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and seemed genuinely interested in building a relationship instead attempting to pressure me into a decision like I've experienced at other dealerships. On the company level, this attention to detail was evident by the hot coffee and snacks available for customers in the lobby. More importantly, everyone was happy to speak to me. These little touches helped reaffirm that they wanted to make my experience with them a memorable one. After test driving a couple of things with Dan, I went with the RX 350. It was a pristine caviar SUV that I grew quite fond of in short order. While I did not drive to Woodfield intending to make a purchase that day, I found the right car for the right price and drove it home. Dan and the people of Lexus were more than agreeable in terms of the deal they gave me on the Rx and the trade-in value of my car. These are people of integrity, and that is a rare quality in this day and age. More
