Bobby is the best!!! My sister and my toddler daughter walked in at about 7pm on a Tuesday and Bob had us driving out in my new Rogue by 9! He even went out and got my car registration from my old lease so I didn’t have to go out in the cold! The paperwork was fast and easy. He called the insurance company and gave them the rundown. He moved my old car next to my new one and helped me move my stuff over and even install the pesky car seat! You can tell Bob really enjoys what he does and he does it well! It’s so nice to work with someone who takes such pride in their work. It was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had at a car dealership which is everything when you have a tired toddler with you. Never feeling rushed but more that our time was valuable. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will continue to go back for years to come and have already told my parents to go see Bob for their next car!! Thank you!!! More
