It was not easy for him to come up with the deal I wanted/needed, but he did. Never did I feel pressured, nor did I feel like I was an annoyance. He was kind and courteous throughout the four hours I spent with him. Once we agreed on a deal he was quick to get the paperwork together and get me to finance to sign. This was the nicest car shopping experience I have had in over thirty years. Also, I have only had the car a week and he has already called to make sure everything is ok.
