Slow and not considerate I went for an oil change and tire rotation... with an appointment, time was at 845am, i am an early person so i got there at 830. Expecting to wait an hour maybe alittle over an hour. But i did not leave the dealership until 1135am..... with no explanation or sorry about the wait. Just here's your keys and pay over there. I think i will be making my serviced else where, i am sure will be cheaper as well. More

I just recently got into a car accident and my car was totaled..as devastated as I was Bobby reassured me everything would be taken care of, and it was. Within the NEXT DAY Bobby had a rental care waiting for me and within that week I had a brand new vehicle. He spent hours making sure I was put into a brand car at the same price as my old one.
