Let’s start with environmental protection fees, 2495 they couldn’t tell me what that is then they have another fee antitheft windows etching $495 then they have gap insurance $1200 then they have extended warranty for 3995 which none of these fees were explained to me at the end of the day they make you so tired that you just sign just to get out of there when I came home to realize all these things I went back to them they took off two of the fees and they left the one for 495 and 2495 that they couldn’t explain to me what that was. I didn’t need extended warranty. The car was only one years old, so they tried to sell warranty that would be worth nothing at the end of the term because you have a warranty on the car already which is a manufacture warranty. I would never ever buy a car from them. They are disgusting and they do a blame game. Scam. Scam. Scam. Ford should take there. Dealer license away from them. More
