They understood that I was on a budget and did not have a lot of money to put down towards the lease so they did all they could to get me any kind of sales from trade in credit to competitive leasing credit and in the end they met my budget. The customer service that Jorge provided was phenomenal. My husband leased a car last year from Honda and their customer service was horrible, the whole experience was terrible. As soon as he agreed to lease Honda took his money gave him his lease and basically shoved him out the door. But at Bell Ford Jorge took the time to explain everything, he went through all the car features showing me how to set it up, answered any questions I had and did not hesitate to let me know that I can call him at anytime if I had any problems or further questions. My husband and I were very impressed. So thank you very much for a very pleasurable experience. More

Victor Valentin, sales consultant was very helpful. He didn't pressure the sale but rather he just sold the car and that was exactly what I was looking for. John' the sales manager and Craig the finance manager also treated me with a calm no pressure approach and I respect them for that attitude as well. This is my second purchase at this dealership and I'm sure I will continue to purchase here in the future because of their sales practices. Prior to this purchase today I contacted Michelle Buchheit, internet sales. Michelle introduced herself to me when I arrived at dealership and asked if I had received her e-mail. When I went into the dealership I made a specific demand that I wanted to order a new vehicle and to do it quickly. They assisted me in ordering my new Explorer and I absolutely love it. I had a Mountaineer that was totaled and as a long time Ford/Mercury owner I had decided to look around this time at other cars from other makers. I'm glad that I looked around before buying, but in the end the new Explorer Limited with the second row bucket seats sold itself and Bell Ford made it even easier. Finally, I've actually never given a public review before. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel so strongly about my level of satisfaction. More
