I had already done my research and did not have too many basic questions about the vehicle. I did, however, have many more complex questions about the purchasing process and Jorge and his colleagues provided me with all the answers I needed. They were very patient and did not pressure me into a sale whatsoever. I have been to dealerships in the past that call multiple times a week looking for a sale, this was not one of them! Jorge Moreno is one of the few salespersons I have encountered that did not pressure you in any way. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the car we desired which encountered that did not pressure you in any way. Brought in truck under warranty and they lied to ford voided my warranty and charged me 2300.00 to get my truck back with the engine in over 200 pieces in the bed of my truck....run from there they scam voided my warranty and charged me 2300.00 to get my truck back with the engine in over 200 pieces in the bed of my truck....run from there they scam and lie.
