The first time I came in he showed me the exact truck i was looking for based on my build a truck profile. He was very courteous and professional. He explained all the features on the truck and answered all my questions as i was still debating on XLT or the limited. He was not pushy. I left the first time just wanting to learn more about the vehicle. I came back in about 3 weeks later and Jorge worked with me on the numbers, my trade in and vehicle features. It was a quick and easy process. I love my truck. It was my first time purchasing a ford and I had a wonderful experience. Jorge has sold me on ford. Great Experience! A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated in the past. I sat down with Jorge Moreno and explained what I wanted and the price range I was looking in. Within a few short days, Jorge had called me and I went down to look at a few 2015 Explorers. I looked at a few but the colors weren't to my liking. The last one I looked at was an Explorer Limited so I gave it a try and it was to my liking. I sat down with Jorge and Jon Ross (sales manager) and decided on a good deal for the 2015 Explorer Limited which was everything I wanted and more! I decided to lease for the first time. I've had the car since February and must say I am very happy and pleased with it. I would like to say that Jorge explained everything about the car before I pulled out of Bell Ford. He even programmed my phone and radio for me. About a month later, I referred my granddaughter to Jorge. She also leased a 2015 Explorer XLT. So far, that is three cars from Bell Ford and more to come. I would like to say thank you to Jorge and Jon . They made my experience with Bell Ford a very pleasurable one indeed. I will be back! From my past experiences, car salesman are usually very pushy & Jorge was definitely the complete opposite. To start, he was friendly and extremely attentive. He listened closely to detail & searched to find the exact truck I wanted (considering I was being very specific). To top everything off, one of the days when I went in, my grandfather came with me & wasn't feeling well. Jorge took the time out of his day to call and check up on him. He clearly goes above & beyond! Needless to say, Jorge Moreno is the salesman everyone should go to see! He is a prime example of what a salesman should be!!!! More

Great customer service and prices I've been to at least 5 dealerships in the last four days. ALL the other dealerships did Not honor their internet prices. Today I called Bell Ford and spoke to Denice inquiring about a car I was interested in on their lot. I explained to her my experiences with the other dealerships and she assured me that I would be taken good care of. As soon as entered I was greeted with a smile. Denise came over and directed me to Steve who was my sales person. Steve was great he treated me very fair he explained everything to me in detail. My experience ended with Paul who is the finance director he worked very hard to get me a loan. Even with my poor credit he treated me as if I were a millionaire. Amazing service !!!!!! More
