Denise contacted me immediately, worked on a no pressure deal with me, mostly through the internet which was wonderful since I have very little time during my work week. Today, we would not look anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Last month, we had decided to purchase an Explorer and it was great to be able to walk around the parking lot during the off hours. Nothing is a mystery..... the car details and pricing is posted on each vehicle in the lot. We were very excited to find an Explorer we liked and called Roy the next business day. He was on vacation but we met another salesman, David, who also treated us like family and made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. This dealership doesn't end with the sales department, the service department is top notch, delivers the service as expected and treats you with respect. The Finance team and management are truly the best. After trading in 2 BMW's, we could not be happier! We drive a 2016 Explorer and a 2014 Escape! Hat's off to Bell Ford! More
