Personable and Professional I was shopping around for a new Ford Fusion Energi and this was the closest and first dealership I went to. Unfortunately they didn't have the car in I was shopping around for a new Ford Fusion Energi and this was the closest and first dealership I went to. Unfortunately they didn't have the car in stock to test drive so I went to 3 other dealerships in the area and didn't have nearly the great experience I had at Bell Ford and especially with Mike. Overall, it was truly a pleasure working with Mike throughout the whole car buying process. He understood where I was coming from financially and was very willing to work with me. Mike was also wonderful to deal with. Very straightforward and personable. I told him what I could afford and he made it happen. He was also more than willing to give me time to work some things out and was never pushy. The one surprise I dealt with was I was under the impression that my down payment covered everything I would have to pay at the dealer the day I was taking the car home but there were some extras in there I did not expect. It was also my first time ever dealing with a dealership solo so I would imagine that was just part of the learning experience. Paul was another pleasure to deal with, again, extremely personable and straightforward. He was quite detailed in explaining everything, never pushy, and gave me plenty of time to process. I would absolutely recommend coming to Bell for your next Ford and dealing with these fine gentlemen! More
