During my current lease purchase, In addition to Roy, I also worked with John W and Paul S. They were great too. I initially called with a price in mind and they all made it happen. I'm so happy with them. Also, whenever I dealt with the service department, my experience was top notch. They deliver what they promise! Very impressed with them! Amazing Service and impeccable integrity I went to the dealership to do a lease buyout for my ford that I purchased from another dealership. When I went to return the Ford from All American I went to the dealership to do a lease buyout for my ford that I purchased from another dealership. When I went to return the Ford from All American Ford in Old bridge they gave me the run around all three times but Bell Ford did an amazing job and in under an hour. I would recommend Paul and Eric to any one of my closest friends as well as family. Thank you guys you did an impeccable job! More

When my car had more mileage than I was comfortable with - I decided to shop around for a 2017. After doing some homework and speaking to a few sales people I chose to go here instead of the big, pushy dealerships with promises they did not honor. I found them to be a real old fashioned local dealership. I was introduced to Sebastian Moon. He is relatively new and young. He was patient, knowledgeable, and direct. What an easy professional to work with!! Apple has their "geniuses", Best Buy has their "Geeks"; well FORD has "Ford experts" - and Sebastian Moon was a superb "Ford Expert" . He took the sales out of salesman and instead was a "Ford Expert" who helped me compare one car to another and my wants to my needs. Thank you Sebastian! This young man ". He guided me to the absolute PERFECT car - with no pressure, no fake promises, no nonsense. He said many times through out the process, "My goal is that you leave here happy." I did not get the"rock bottom price". I did not get the "deal expiring at the end of the day" or any other line of baloney that I heard at the other dealerships. I got a clear description of the car, the price, the process. I must also acknowledge Paul Singh who was clear, direct and extremely helpful with the financing part of the car purchase. I left happy. He was unsympathetic and basically inferred that we have to live with it until it gets worse. I ,twice emailed the owner, Mark Chuhinko, but received no response. I am a loyal buyer of 5 Fords in the last few years but it doesn't seem to matter. So much for the Ford loyalty slogan! It's, apparently, a one way street. More

My Experiece So, my family has been proud customers of this dealership for years. So, when it came time for me to get a new car obviously this is where my family, So, my family has been proud customers of this dealership for years. So, when it came time for me to get a new car obviously this is where my family, including myself, felt most comfortable with going to. The customer service was amazing. Michael Cappuccio was the car dealer who helped me out, he literally went above and beyond for me. I would suggest anyone to ask for him who decides to go to this dealership. I ended up financing a 2012 Ford Focus, at first i liked it a lot, but then after driving it for a couple days i noticed something was off. The gears in the transmission weren't shifting right, it literally felt like the transmission was about to break every time i was stopped and then would try to accelerate. I did my research and found out that A LOT of other people were having that same issue with that specific model (Focus). So of course i brought it back and told them about the issue and that i wasn't happy with the car at all. Michael immediately attended to mine and my families frustrations, and figured out options i could take on getting the car looked at. But after doing the research i just no longer wanted the car. So they gave me more options, and even worked on still keeping it close to my price range. So by the end of this all, Michael and a gentleman named Paul helped me get into a leased 2017 Ford Escape that im absolutely in love with. They even threw in the maintenance warranty in for free because of this inconvenience. Understanding the risk people take buying used cars, they still went above and beyond to make sure i was happy, and felt safe with what i would be driving for years to come. Also might i add, the first time at the dealership after speaking with mike and finding the car that i wanted at first we then made an appointment to come back the following day, which happened to be Michaels' birthday and his shift didn't start till 1. I let him know i have work at 12 that day and before i could even finish my sentence he said he will gladly come in early to help get my on the road. I know for me i don't like working on birthday period, on top of having to come in early then when i was scheduled for to come in?! That was amazing to me. So then after all of that was handled and i had to go back because i wasn't happy with the car, i shot over there after my 9-5. I didn't arrive there till about almost 7, they close at 8. Michael and the other gentleman Paul stayed past hours for as long as it took for us to switch everything over AND to make sure i was able to take that car home that same night. I could really go on for hours about my amazing experience at Bell Ford. I would suggest it to anyone! More

Danielle Calisi helped me to find a great pre-owned Toyota Tacoma, with only 25,300 miles on the odometer. As it still has 9 months and 10,700 mikes left on the factory warranty, this truck will more than get me through until the Ranger debuts. It was a pleasure to work with Michael Cappuccio, as he handled the test drive and subsequent sale. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. I will definitely be back for that Ranger, after it makes it's North American debut. More
