There was no pressure to make a choice right away and they helped us decide what kind of purchase we would make based on our needs. After working with all 3 gentlemen we felt confident and comfortable with our choice and walked out as the proud owners of a new ford fiesta! These people are so nice and negotiable i bought used suv over the phone, i found them on internet and sent a request for more pics, not 2 seconds aft These people are so nice and negotiable i bought used suv over the phone, i found them on internet and sent a request for more pics, not 2 seconds after sending email they responded, I called spoke to Tom, i made an offer for less then asking price, Tom got back to me within 5mins, gave me a price and i didn't even haggle, after searching for 2 months i knew i was getting a great price, i bought car over phone went up to N.J from M.D. I met Mike the salesmen,GREAT GUY, i had my oil changed in my mustang that i drove up there, great service, they let me leave my car that i drove up there on the sales lot until i came back for it 2 days later.Even the lot guy was great from the service side..so i got my suv back to M.D where i had to get M.d state inspection and i thought heres where i get it,, NOT ONE PROBLEM with the pathfinder. It passed a M.D state inspection..This Dealership is by far thee best in service,respect and Honesty that ive ever come in contact with, Mike Cappuccio you rock my friend, great guy who made it easy Tom your the man my friend, you made it all happen..thank you Bell Ford.. Horrible service I have bought 3 Fords, two at Bell Ford and I will never go there again. approximately 4 years ago we bought a brand new Ford Explorer. After a few mo I have bought 3 Fords, two at Bell Ford and I will never go there again. approximately 4 years ago we bought a brand new Ford Explorer. After a few months the door ajar alarm would go off randomly, even though all the doors were shut. We took it back, they told us the contacts or sensors needed to be cleaned, no big deal. It took a couple of minutes. A few months later it happened again. Bell had the same response, they cleaned something. this went on for a couple of years. So we took it back for what we thought was going to be the same routine but the warranty had since expired. So we bring it in thinking they would say it just needs to be cleaned again. However this time they inform us that the door assembly needs to be replaced and it will cost $600-$700!!!! How convenient they made this determination after the warranty had expired. So we were very upset and we said don't bother fixing it we will just live with it. They then said we couldn't have the car until we paid the diagnosis fee of $150!!!!!! )I couldn't believe that this is the way they treat a good customer. Please save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else! More
