This dealership is an ABSOLUTE dung heap. I was supposed to take delivery of a 2021 Bronco but since these are a greedy bunch they priced me out of it. Worst experience ever! ! Been shopping around for a little while and found a nice 2018 Ford Escape. Emailed and called to confirm availability and price. I also inquired abo ! I also inquired about all the "fees" that would be added to that price. Taxes, Doc fee, and DMV fees are the only fees you will pay, the lady said (recorded the conversation). Go in to talk and look at the car and was shown a different price. Not only that, but they tried to charge me $3499 for an "inspection fee", as well as other ridiculous fees. A $20,000 SUV turned into $31000. After telling the dealer that is ridiculous and I would not pay that, I was told by the dealer that they mark prices lower online because they want to get people in the door, but that is something every dealership does. I've never experienced that at any dealership I've ever been to. Very dishonest practice that this dealership is using. We walked out of there and bought our car down the street. Paid only taxes and $600 for DMV and fees. No "inspection fee". Do not buy from here, but if you do, look at the crazy fees and ask them questions about what they are. More

Woodbridge Ford promised a Ford Bronco to me at a set MSRP price in 2021 when this was ordered directly by me, via Ford and my reservation with Ford. They took my credit card info and provided me with a MSRP price in 2021 when this was ordered directly by me, via Ford and my reservation with Ford. They took my credit card info and provided me with a price on an order form, and verbally promised to deliver a car at a certain price which was the MSRP price. Under New Jersey law this is in fact a bona fide contract. When the car was delivered in February 2022, the dealer attempted to markup the price by $7,500, despite the fact that I had a bona fide agreed upon contract at the lower MSRP price. They refused to honor our agreed price and went ahead and sold my reserved car to someone else. More
This is the worst repair center ever, they don't even repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit the invoice and they called me give this information again, I checked my car air conditioner and still not working, now they said they car has the compressor not working but the heater is working now, the worst of their lies since the heat is working, if the compressor is damage the best will not work, I have this information in writing from the crazy people they didn't even really check the car and charged me 180 i guess for using the same scanner I have at my home, with the same error information from 5 months ago, worst if they send me a shady police officer to my house almost knowing down my window and slamming my door, how much do you pay this guy? He came with a bill not even left a copy and you know this is harassment and is illegal, wrist business practices and service, not worth your time to go to a place with this horrible people, I didn't know people are so desperate for 200 dollars what a shameful crazy company, can't even go to the regular ways because their reputation is on the floor More

After they looked at it they needed to order shift boot and pillar (said 2-3 days for parts). Service calls me in 2 days saying parts are in… bring it in that same Friday to hear that they still didn’t have the parts, so I had to leave and reschedule. 2 weeks later they call with parts are in now.. that Friday go back for install at 830am… to my surprise it’s the next day and still no car!! More
My Car has been in service for OVER 4 months. I had one issue and after I was told it was fixed now after 4 months there’s 3 more issues, when I was told it was going to be fixed this week. On top of it the sales person was extremely rude. The car was advertised as a superior trim but carfax showed a different lower trim model and the sales person started arguing and was extremely rude.
