Recently gone for Service. Early for a oil change since I had a leak near front end. Was told that I needed a radiator as soon as possible. Fine with getting done right away. ONE month to schedule a appointment for a recall it took a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the door locks I was given miss information he said they changed the R/S door lock when they changed all four. It also took a while for me to sign out the car its not a speedy process like it was when it was Bell Ford. When i got into my car the floor mats were dirty and the inside of the car smelled of grease! I checked the paper work when i got home and seen a complimentay multi point inspection, the only thing that was filled out a report of a scratch on the left rear bumper, it wasnt there before because i just waxed the car before i droppe it off nothing else was filled out on that inspection sheet. 2 days to do the recalls and got my car back with a sratch on it I also noticed at the service center a woman smoking a eletric cigarette blowing smoke all over the place how rude! More

I was trying to order a new maverick. Saw all the reviews about this dealership. I hesitated. But Eric S. asked me to give him a chance that he may match or beat other dealerships. I did. Wasted 2 days. We built the car. And he asked for $3000 markups. I told him very first day I would not pay any markups for ordering a new car. He knew that! Yet he played the game with me & wasted my time! Nice try Mr. Eric. I went down to Malouf dealership & within 40 minutes everything is done. They told me to my face Mr. Malouf would not allow charging customer markups for ordering new car. Now that is what I call an honest man & honest dealership! Anyhow, order is in & let the waiting game begin 😅🥱 But to be truthful, Eric was polite the whole time 👍Just the game he plays I don’t appreciate. But again, they are in the business of squeezing money out of the deal. No hard feeling. Just won’t deal with them anymore. More
In my recent personal experience, I don’t know how Woodbridge ford stays in business. First, not happy with people working at the office. They are just liars including Mr.Munir and Mr. manager. One says they started working on the vehicle already found the problem and replaced parts. after 2 days another person says they haven’t checked the vehicle yet. After that, were saying different stories every time. Than called me up and told me some bolts broke and had to pay $800 which I paid. They called me to pick up vehicle but when I gut there, was not done yet. Had to pick up after 24 ours. I took my vehicle and when I came home to park I heard a crazy noise ( while car on drive and foot on pedal gas ). I found out all supports of steering power lines where broken, not in place and as a result both lines were touching bottom of engine. Also the aluminum cover plate over those lines on front passenger side was entirely loose, missing all screws. Transmission mount has 2 bolts and 2 nuts( 1 nut missing).A metal cover next to transmission has 3 screws and all of them were just placed by hand not tighten at all. Another damaged part connected to tie road on driver side. I called them up and spoke to manager next morning, he asked me to bring vehicle to them which I didn’t want to take a chance driving 40 min on that condition. Than he took my name and phone number said will call back but never did. I am not sure how they stay in business. Going to another ford dealer hoping to fix it right. More

John from service should not be working there he is the type nice but nasty I paid insurance for 10 months because of empty promises John Crooks said he was going to call Steve from their insurance never called me back not a nice thing to do I decided to have car towed and I did everything in my power Not to cry because after I left tow truck someone from the dealership set alarms off on the cars as I went by such an awful thing to do I was a customer too More
They were straightforward and got to the point. Everyone was efficient. Paid more than I wanted to but that's just how it is these days. After several emails asking for information on a specific car I'm interested in. I asked to be transferred to one of her coworkers and she couldn't do it. Had to give me a number to write down...... Seems like a shoddy operation. Definitely don't deal with Teresa unless you're looking to be frustrated. More
This dealership is an ABSOLUTE dung heap. I was supposed to take delivery of a 2021 Bronco but since these are a greedy bunch they priced me out of it.
