My car has now been at Woodbridge Ford's service center for 4 weeks and has not been moved from where I parked it. Went in to try and purchase a new Maverick, called a few days before to see if it would be on the lot, the salesman said yes. Got to the dealership, the car wasn't there so we had to drive to the service d days before to see if it would be on the lot, the salesman said yes. Got to the dealership, the car wasn't there so we had to drive to the service department, to pickup the car, then on the way to the dealership had to stop and get gas because the car was on empty. After all that the dealer wanted a $10,000 markup on the price of the car but "did me a favor" and knocked it down to $7,500. I get that there is a shortage of Mavericks but a 25% markup is robbery, no we didn't buy the car. More
