The dealership advertised the price of the 2020 Yukon XL for almost $40k. Then when I went to purchase the vehicle they added 10k in fees and tried to sell it to me for 50k. The GM/Manager added a special " for almost $40k. Then when I went to purchase the vehicle they added 10k in fees and tried to sell it to me for 50k. The GM/Manager added a special "Certification" and window etching I didn't ask for, which cost $4,500! They charged $1,140 in other fees and then $4,200 were legit taxes and fees. When I said I didnt want the add ons I just wanted the advertised price, they refused to sell me the vehicle. I asked for numbers in writing of what he was trying to force me to pay, to review. I was refused that as well. Such a horrible car buying experience. The most deceptive Bait and Switch I have EVER had to deal with. Everytime I have called, since I said I didn't want the add-ons, have been met with being sent to someones voicemail. Keep away and let friends and relatives know this is not a place you want to do business with. More

Ordered a 2024 Bronco with Nikki back in October 2023. Build date of January 22 and delivery expected in February or March 2024. What was going to be my trade in vehicle died this past week and I ended up Build date of January 22 and delivery expected in February or March 2024. What was going to be my trade in vehicle died this past week and I ended up buying a used Bronco elsewhere, based on available inventory that I saw as I needed something immediately to commute to work. However, when I told Nikki and Pat about y car dying, they offered to provide me a loaner to hold me over until my Bronco came in. Due to having a small child, I didn't want to deal with the unknown length of time with having a loaner, so that's why I declined their offer. If this unfortunate event didn't happen, I would have taken delivery of my order as intended. Can't thank Nikki and her team enough during my order phase with the changes I requested and keeping me up to date on the process, she was excellent to work with and can't recommend them enough. Even trying to help me out when that unfortunate even occurred. More
