Dealt with Jose in Sales. I think he was a manager. Every word that came out of his mouth was a lie. He promises one price and then when you are ready to sign the price goes up. Then when you go to finance, word that came out of his mouth was a lie. He promises one price and then when you are ready to sign the price goes up. Then when you go to finance, the price goes up again. I should have listen to my neighbors locally who told me not to go there, but they were closer than Oasis Ford to me so I went to Bell Ford. I even spoke to the owner who seemed like he was a product of the 60's drug years. I got different prices from 3 different people who could not seem to get it together. Get this, the highest price for my Explorer, came from the owner himself! I think his name was Mark or Matt. Save yourself the trip don't bother going to Bell Ford in Colonia. More
