Worst service department customer service ever!!! Wanted me to leave my truck overnight and rent a car because they didn't want to have to resubmit the info the next day!?? **BUYER BEWARE** No concern from management after purchase! Terrible experience at Woodall Automall. Bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX that had to be inspected in NC..didn't pass inspection due to bad tires (that I qu Terrible experience at Woodall Automall. Bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX that had to be inspected in NC..didn't pass inspection due to bad tires (that I questioned at purchase, was assured no problems!) and had to spend $ 900.00 on new tires 2 weeks after purchase with no concern from management at Woodall (at this was a $ 28,000 car purchase!!), then had horrible sound...took it to a local Cadillac dealership, SRX already had bad struts, now needs new chassis mount and engine mounts..after 3 weeks of having this SUV...have not even made 1st payment yet...again no concern from Woodall....would NOT, NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone...you would think you have some peace of mind when buying from a dealer! BE AWARE and take car to have it completely checked out by independent mechanic, before you sign! There is no follow up or concern by management, all I got was "Not our problem or concern at this point!" SIDE NOTE: as I am writing this, I have NO!!! car, as mine has been at a local Cadillac dealership to get fixed already!! (I do have to add the James Akers, sales person, was extremely nice and followed up, as he was concerned, but could not help with any issues after purchase) More
****BUYER BEWARE **** I purchased a used vehicle from Robert Woodall Chevrolet July 1, 2016. This vehicle was supposed to be a GMC Certified vehicle with a clean CarFax re I purchased a used vehicle from Robert Woodall Chevrolet July 1, 2016. This vehicle was supposed to be a GMC Certified vehicle with a clean CarFax report. As I looked at the vehicle, I noted a couple of items that needed to be addressed and most of them were relatively minor, No problem. I received a picture that was taken of me standing beside the vehicle that is used to post to Facebook showing how happy of a customer I am. I received this picture right after I left the lot at 8:50 PM. I drive home which is about an hour away and my wife looks at the vehicle, she puts a DVD in to test the entertainment system and the DVD player doesn't work. I send a text to the salesperson less than 2 hours after leaving the lot to notify them about the issue. I get a response stating he would "let his managers know". I never received a reply so I figured this wasn't an issue and since I had other items that needed to be corrected that this would not be an issue. On July 7th I noticed that a crack in the paint had appeared. This is a crack in the paint, not a scratch. I notified them of the issue and I said "let me know when you want me to come in to get these items fixed." I asked "can they get that paint work done in one day". I received a response "Yes the paint is here on Mondays." I drop off the vehicle on Sunday night July 10th and I let the salesman know that I made a list to include the "additional items that need to be looked at" with a response of "Ok sounds good." I didn't hear anything all day Monday and I have to call them Tuesday morning to follow up. I was told at 5:00 Tuesday afternoon that "We got a lot of work done today got more to do tomorrow." Wednesday afternoon I receive a notification saying "you're right that DVDs don't work" and they want me to call the sales manager about the crack in the paint. I told them to look at the picture they took the night that I purchased the vehicle and there is no crack in the paint which can be proven by the picture. They refuse to fix the paint and stated they will "only repair what they agreed to before you left." BUYER BEWARE.....CHECK ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING OUT BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT NO MATTER HOW LATE IT IS...YOUR TRUST IN A DEALER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WILL COST YOU...NOT THEM!!!!! More
