Was very disappointed when this dealership decided to cancel my LIFETIME oil change that I have had since the previous dealership promised it when I bough my car. I thought it was for my lifetime not until the dealership was sold. Also, they now have aluminum foil on the windows between the customer waiting room and the work shop. I wonder if they really changed my oil. More

Had my car towed to Woods Nissan after hours when it broke down. They reached out to me first thing the next morning to let me know they had gotten my car and would get it looked at asap. Even without a broke down. They reached out to me first thing the next morning to let me know they had gotten my car and would get it looked at asap. Even without an appointment, they were able to find and fix the issue with my car by the end of the day! Kept me updated on the status of my car as well. Great service as always! More

I had a coupon that came in the mail, so I decided to go here. The guy seemed irritated when I presented the coupon. Then when I left and came back to pick up, I wasn't able to pick up due to a suspected ga here. The guy seemed irritated when I presented the coupon. Then when I left and came back to pick up, I wasn't able to pick up due to a suspected gas leak in the building. The same customer service representative was rude to me again. He did not apologize for the inconvenience, but instead said he wasn’t going in to risk his life. He yelled at me and said he called me two hours ago to come pick up the vehicle, so basically he thought it was my fault. As I walked away, the younger automotive tech then apologized to me for the reps behavior. It seems like the younger auto tech should be helping customers bc he has better customer service skills, instead of the older grumpy, gentleman. I then was without a vehicle and had to have my daughter drive me to an appointment which was a major inconvenience for everyone. I had to make a third trip back to pick up my vehicle. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience other than an un sincere apology from the same rep. I took his business card and his name was Greg Manford. I think he needs some retraining to say the least. More
