Took my car in for service that I bought used here 5 months prior. It was running poorly and check engine light was on. Overall my car was there a week I called for over two hours on day 3 to see what w months prior. It was running poorly and check engine light was on. Overall my car was there a week I called for over two hours on day 3 to see what was going on and was either hung up on, disconnected or transferred to a full mailbox. Had to go in to the dealer to find out what was going on. My advisor is unable to be reached and turns out my car was already diagnosed and some repairs made and supposedly waiting on parts from warranty company. I was never told what the issue was found to be and if it’s all covered bu warranty or not. Day 4 I call again for 2 hours until I for the very first time talk to my advisor who tells me the diagnosis and parts will be there the next day (Saturday) and the car should be ready on Monday. We discuss what is being repaired how much I owe and how much warranty is paying. Come Monday I call again for an hour and can’t get him I ask the receptionist to just please check if my car is ready and it shows as done. Go up to get my car after waiting an hour for my advisor to figure out the bill he hands it off to somebody else and it’s more than we discussed includes an extra part that wasn’t needed. At this point I’m just tired of dealing with it and pay and will never be returning again to Wood Nissan. I’m patient but the lack of communication and disorganization is beyond absurd. I even left voicemail's for the Service Manager throughout the process as did my sales man and nobody could bother to pick up a phone, email or text and communicate. More
