I have owned 4 Nissans and have bought 2 of them from This dealership which has changed names numerous times. I have always taken my cars to get serviced at Wood Nissan, but I will never visit this plac This dealership which has changed names numerous times. I made an appointment on a Saturday to have my tires rotated and oil changed. The Murano I took was never touched and the window was left down with the key in it. I called at 3:30 to check on it and nobody would answer on several call attempts so I drove there and it was closed. I never heard anything back from them about this. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!! More

Service is inattentive and I didn't feel like I was important. Scheduled appointment online for 115k suggested maintenance. I wasn't clear what all that entailed.
