Kurt (service advisor) took great care me both checking in and out! Had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was out of there at 11:35. My service advisor earned a 5-star rating, going above and beyond to find any and every avenue to help me save on unexpected expensive repairs, including fighting with my warranty company and having his m and beyond to find any and every avenue to help me save on unexpected expensive repairs, including fighting with my warranty company and having his manager take several hundred dollars off the final total. The service center itself earned a 1-star rating because they could afford to invest in their employees, but choose not to; the service department is clearly understaffed and their employees are clearly overworked. This makes the environment very uncomfortable if you're waiting instead of dropping off. I personally prefer to do business with companies that treat their employees well; in this instance, I brought my vehicle here due to an active recall. Also not a good look: because I left a 5-star review for my advisor with the company directly, the office manager sent a follow-up email soliciting another 5-star review for Google. I suspect I would not have received that email had I given less than 4 stars, and that they did not read the constructive criticism I wrote to them on that 5-star review. More
