Considering the technical problems the service department was having with the computer appointment system they did an outstanding job. Kurt really helped me out. Poor Jack was pulling out his hair trying to was having with the computer appointment system they did an outstanding job. Kurt really helped me out. Kurt, on the other hand, if I wouldn't have talked to Kolten on the phone prior to coming in, Kurt would have made serviced! I appreciate him a ton! Outstanding! Our car stalled in Lee's Summit and had to be towed somewhere - not knowing the area we just had it towed to the first Nissan dealer that came up.
