Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can’t work on my car car More

Was told that my car would be done on 3 different days and that was not the case for a 2 hr job per the book. They had the part on hand for 4 days before the job was completed. The real reason is because it was warranty work and they cut the warranty work hours in the shop. I was also told that a porter would deliver my car back to me if I was unable to to come and get it, they do not have porters to deliver vehicles after I asked for that option. Also was told they would get me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to plan for a ride to get my car, when I showed up they didn't have any loaner vehicles for me. Along with all of this I was told multiple times I would get a call back from my service manager, this never happened and I always had to call back the following day to get the same answer or I would be left on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up and made the drive to see what the status was. While I was waiting to talk with my service manager several others walked in behind me and were having the same experience. More

Had oil change and tire rotation service performed and service department was great. I had not been to the Nissan Dealer since it was Fenton Nissan and Wood Nissan did not disappoint. Simone was very helpful and found that I had oil changes for life from previous service history performed by Fenton Nissan which she honored. Simone marked the work order ASAP since I was waiting and the service was performed ahead of schedule. Will definitely use Wood Nissan again. More
