Not impressed… This is my experience. I purchased a car at the end of December and everything great. The people were nice and I went through the process. During that process, I mentioned I purchased a car at the end of December and everything great. The people were nice and I went through the process. During that process, I mentioned that the new tires were not up to par. Everything just got pushed aside and nothing was ever done. A few months later, I bought 4 new tires to ensure everything was good. That’s on me, I went ahead and just gave benefit of the doubt again I wanted to have better tires than what I was sold. Now we are in month 5 of the car and a panel by the windshield flew off while my wife was driving. Luckily, the panel got stuck on the rear view passenger window and we were able to keep the piece. So, this leads me up to today. A couple weeks later, they were able to get our car in for oil change and fluids and we asked them to fix this issue with the panel next to the windshield. They said they couldn’t (do it for free) and I would need to pay $500 for this piece (and installation). I’m shocked because I have NEVER seen something like this happen with a panel and for them not to repair it for free (especially within the first 6 months) is shocking to me. I would tell you that I would not trust them to give you a healthy vehicle when purchased. I would recommend you get everything fixed and done before you leave the lot. I was under the impression that my vehicle was in good hands even after the purchase. I would say that I disagree with this 100. You are on your own except for your 4 free oil changes. Also- 6 months in to this vehicle I need new breakpads which they want an additional $400+ for service and pads. I’m shocked that this is already the case for this newly purchased vehicle. So to wrap up, don’t expect Nissan wood to take care of you after your purchase. You are on your own. Make sure you have someone check the vehicle before you buy it, otherwise some weird stuff that is no fault to your own you will be responsible for. Slow down the sales process, negotiate and make sure you don’t buy a lemon or get lemon service. I won’t be going back to this dealership and I would recommend you do research before buying here . While they were replacing breaks on my car the mechanic took my car on a test drive. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked about my car. Another 30 minutes passed before I was told the hood popped open when th took my car on a test drive. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked about my car. Another 30 minutes passed before I was told the hood popped open when the mechanic took it out on the road. Wood Nissan did say they would repair it even though they were trying to convince me another shop was at fault. Ultimately Wood Nissan had a mobile repair person attempt to fix it. It looked substandard. I told them I wasn’t pleased. They went back and forth between “looks fine to me” “bring it in again and he will try to improve it’ while still saying I or another shop was at fault. I felt intimidated and frustrated. I expected better service from an actual dealership. The less than professional repair is causing more deterioration to the hood of my car. More
