Both Rob and Nate in service took my concern seriously. Nate went above and beyond to provide me with answers. I really appreciate the effort and trust he instilled by trying to help identify the issue I Nate went above and beyond to provide me with answers. Bait and switch on their website prices. JT the sales manager is rude. He stated “did you only come in here for a bad experience “. The finance manager was not friendly after we declined all the overpriced warranty add-ons and gap insurance. Didn’t want to give us a fair trade-in price on our car. We ended up selling our car and then they hit us with $1000 up charge because we didn’t have a trade-in. Won’t be back, plenty of other dealers. More
