We need a new battery for my truck and Robert in service took care of us right away. He said it will take less than an hour but it actually took just a few minutes. He even gave me a military discount, it took care of us right away. He said it will take less than an hour but it actually took just a few minutes. I travel out of my way to have all my service done here. Jack Spence is absolutely the best. He's up front, never condescending because I'm a "little old lady".
