I've done business with Nissan in Lee's Summit, since I bought my first Nissan Sentra in 2012. I currently own a 2019 Nissan Sentra Turbo. Honestly, the service is hit and miss. The radio touch screen did not work in the Mitsubishi outlander. I believe they knew that and pushed the car as the best value on the used car lot so they could unload a lemon. When questioned about it they did not offer to fix it. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty that covers it but have a $200 copay. I did ask about it on the test drive but was quickly directed to another subject. Granted I should have followed up but was overwhelmed with other information. It would be nice if they would offer to pay the deductible. BUYER BEWARE More
