I've done business with Nissan in Lee's Summit, since I bought my first Nissan Sentra in 2012. I currently own a 2019 Nissan Sentra Turbo. Honestly, the service is hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes b bought my first Nissan Sentra in 2012. I currently own a 2019 Nissan Sentra Turbo. Honestly, the service is hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The last visit, Jack was my advisor and made sure my car was serviced. He helped me get my car on track. I had one of my better service experiences because of Jack. The radio touch screen did not work in the Mitsubishi outlander. I believe they knew that and pushed the car as the best value on the used car lot so they could unload a lemon. When questioned about it they did not offer to fix it. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty that covers it but have a $200 copay. I did ask about it on the test drive but was quickly directed to another subject. Granted I should have followed up but was overwhelmed with other information. It would be nice if they would offer to pay the deductible. BUYER BEWARE More
