I made an appointment and I waited 3 hours and no one communicated with me in those three hours. I was told when I arrived the appointment would take 1.5 hours. After waiting I finally asked when my car communicated with me in those three hours. I was told when I arrived the appointment would take 1.5 hours. After waiting I finally asked when my car would be finished and was told they needed to order a part. Very frustrated because I used my only day off that week to go to that appointment to leave with a car that was not fixed. The part should haven been ordered prior to my appointment or at least a discussion of what was done in the time I waited. During the wait they did try to sell me a new vehicle. Very frustrated!! More

I used cargurus to find what I was looking for. I recieved a text on Sunday letting me know the car was available and that they would contact me on Monday. Kris was super nice, the financial depa I recieved a text on Sunday letting me know the car was available and that they would contact me on Monday. Kris was super nice, the financial department was extremely helpful and when my new car was delivered on Wednesday the guys were awesome!
