Buyer Beware! ! Unfortunately, we had a beyond terrible experience. We bought and paid in full for a used vehicle and Wood Nissan lost the lost the cashiers check. ! Unfortunately, we had a beyond terrible experience. We bought and paid in full for a used vehicle and Wood Nissan lost the lost the cashiers check. The most concerning issues were the dealership asking us multiple times to then finance a vehicle that had been paid for in full as well as the unprofessional text messages from the dealership’s representatives. The deal was ultimately terminated by both parties but as the customer we were out thousands of dollars until the 90-day waiting period expired on the cashiers check so it could be voided. The lack of financial controls with handling customer funds and the consumer compliance concerns we experienced while working through this problematic situation where extremely troubling. Highly recommend you avoid purchasing a vehicle from Wood Nissan. The actions we experienced from the finance director, sales manager and general manager were not what you should expect of a reputable dealership. More
