I had a great experience buying a used Ford Mustang Mach-E EV at Wood Nissan. Johnathan was a great salesman, friendly, polite annd respectful. He answered all my questions and guided me through the st Mach-E EV at Wood Nissan. Johnathan was a great salesman, friendly, polite annd respectful. I also worked with sales manager Riley who saved me an extra $4000 by submitting the used EV tax credit and making sure it went through and was approved. Called made an appointment at service to have my thermostat changed. They said parts are in stock and we made the appointment 2 days from the day I called. I left my job early had to take a hour of thermostat changed. They said parts are in stock and we made the appointment 2 days from the day I called. I left my job early had to take a hour of pto to make sure my car was on time. I arrived at my appoint on time. I get to the counter start talking to service tech about having an appointment to change my thermostat. He call to parts and they said no parts in stock to change my thermostat. I ask how do you not have the part in stock when when you had two days to make sure part was stocked. The answer I got was they sold the parts the previous day and I’d have to come back when the re order the part. As I was leaving my car was having trouble started so they was able to put a battery in and I left. I got a call the next day while I was at work asking if I could bring my car back because they had the part I said I can’t leave work can I make another appointment he said yes we spoke on Friday made the appointment for the thermostat change on Tuesday I ask what was the latest they could service my car cause I couldn’t leave work early again. He said 3pm is the latest i said ok put me down then. Tuesday come I show up at 3 for my appointment . They guy helping me said no notes on my car for the battery they changed just said thermostat need led changed. Mind you my husband called and had a long conversation about changing fluids doing 100,000 mile service etc. They told me they had no record or notes on the car or that conversation . I said ok I just need my thermostat changed and now that you guys changed my battery my check in gone light is also on and it wasn’t on before you changed the battery. He said ok we will charge you $160 to run the check because we can’t just change the thermostat without running a check. Then he calls to make sure parts there which it was and told me they work on it and have a seat in lobby. Went to set in lobby got there at 3 pm which was my appointment time they allowed me to set in the lobby for 55 mins called me out me thinking my car was being worked on but instead told me that they didn’t have time to work on my car and I needed to bring it back in 4 days!!!! I was beyond upset. I bought my car from you guys brand new I’ve had my car for 5 years and in that time it’s only been oil changes and a few routine maintenance checks I’ve never felt so pushed aside and dismissed as I did that day. So the very next day I called state line nissian which is another dealer ship they they got my car in the very next day still didn’t see any records from your deal ship no battery change no nothing when they looked up the service on the car. Any way I dropped the car off and was able to pick it up the next day. Where you guys said I had to pay the $160 to hook my car up cause they wanted to make sure it was the thermostat guess what it was the thermostat stuck open all alone. State line nissian fixed everything one time one day. I’m highly disappointed by wood Nissans service More
I stopped at Wood Nissan after having been to 7 repair shops trying to get a vehicle inspection for my daughter’s car. I was turned away at all except Wood Nissan! I was greeted by Jack and explained what shops trying to get a vehicle inspection for my daughter’s car. I was turned away at all except Wood Nissan! I was greeted by Jack and explained what I needed and he said no worries I’ll get you taken care of! I was out the door in less than an hour!
