I was told they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty, which was made to seem like it was free of charge. Then when it came time to do paperwork, I was charged $2000 for it and when I was told that I didn which was made to seem like it was free of charge. Then when it came time to do paperwork, I was charged $2000 for it and when I was told that I didn’t want it they said if I wanted to buy a car from them, I had to buy it. I feel like the finance guy scammed me by manipulating the interest rate really high to start with and just pushing numbers around so I didn’t really get a deal. It took four days to get my car after I was told maybe that night or the next morning I messaged the salesman a couple times About something with the car and it’s been five days and he still hasn’t responded to me, but I got the situation taken care of myself not a very good all-around experience. I do enjoy my car. I would just go to a different dealership next time. More

I was running late to my appointment to have my oil changed and I thought because of this that I might have to reschedule. This was not the case!
