Booked appointment online 2 weeks prior. Went in on Tuesday for Tire Rotation, oil change and new windshield. I show up and they can’t do the windshield that day. They say it can be done Fri Went in on Tuesday for Tire Rotation, oil change and new windshield. I show up and they can’t do the windshield that day. They say it can be done Friday, they don’t finish it Friday and keep the truck over the weekend. Finally finish up Monday morning. No apology for the fact that they I booked a windshield repair 2 weeks prior to the appointment and I show up and it takes an additional week to replace. More

I had a 7:45am appointment but didn’t leave until 10am. I had to come ask when my car would be ready and was told he had to check on the price of my car antenna that he was just about to come talk to me bu I had to come ask when my car would be ready and was told he had to check on the price of my car antenna that he was just about to come talk to me but clearly he was not. I was then advised my car would be washed and I would be on my way. Instead I was told the key would not turn. I finally got my car not washed with a new key in the ignition. I have never had issues with my key so once home I try the key and it works fine. Very frustrated with my visit today. More
