I thoroughly enjoy the ease of making an appointment online, showing up all ready to be serviced, and an enjoyable waiting area. I have had a different service advisor each time, but each one has been online, showing up all ready to be serviced, and an enjoyable waiting area. I have had a different service advisor each time, but each one has been helpful and not pushy about extra services available...they just let me know what can be done.
