The best car service I’ve had in years! Kolten Ferrier knocked it out of the park. My car was not starting and I suspected it was a bad battery. Within 15 minutes he had his mechanic test Kolten Ferrier knocked it out of the park. My car was not starting and I suspected it was a bad battery. Within 15 minutes he had his mechanic test and replace the battery. I am very pleased with Kolten’s customer service. In my opinion he and the staff are batting 1000 (2 for 2) within the past 2 months More
We brought our 2014 Nissan in to have them change my oil and rotate the tires and recalibrate my computer. Now mind you we have bought this car here when it was Fenton Nissan and a brand new truck and have and rotate the tires and recalibrate my computer. Now mind you we have bought this car here when it was Fenton Nissan and a brand new truck and have never had a problem with either vehicle Fenton set up the free oil change for the life time of my car we have always went there for any oil change since it has changed hands to Wood they have tried to charge us for the oil change twice until I remind them I get it free which they always act very rude about it. I received a call to say the oil change had been done but they would not rotate my tires because and I quote “ your tires are crap “. They went to recalibrate my computer but they can’t asked why not because they need a part and they have to order it ok how much will that be was quoted 774.68 when they a week later call back they say the part broke and they will need three thousand to now fix my car. I told them no that was way too much and we would pick up my car. My husband went up to pick it up he got almost out of the driveway and the car stopped he got it restarted and went onto the road and the car stopped again so when it started again he took it right back to the service dept and asked why the car was stopping he was told that he had brought it up there broken and it was not their problem.If he wanted them to fix it it would be 3000.00 my husband said the car was working when we brought it up and then they said we don’t know for sure that it wasn’t towed up there. My husband explained that he was the one that brought it up there and the car was fine they again stated you have no proof of that they did not see the car drive and my husband asked how they drove the car into the shop to fix it if it wasn’t working no answer and that he never gave us an answer. I had to tow my car from their lot which cost me and to take it to another place for them to fix they have had it for two weeks and they now say whatever Wood Nissan did they can not fix it I now have a car I can not trade in or use to go to work. I need a car for work and to be able to take my husband and I out. Wood Nissan broke my car and I want them to fix it or give me the trade in amount that my car was worth before they broke it! More
