I was treated like royalty before and after the sale. I have found a home and family to purchase my cars from in the future. Jeff Catania was the best salesperson ever. have found a home and family to purchase my cars from in the future. Jeff Catania was the best salesperson ever. More
*****Warning***** Wood Nissan of Lee’s Summit charges almost $1700 in ridiculous fees. In addition to the $399 documentation fee, they force you (and they won’t sell you a car without this fee) to buy th almost $1700 in ridiculous fees. In addition to the $399 documentation fee, they force you (and they won’t sell you a car without this fee) to buy their “WMC Protection Package” for $1295. This includes a BS 3 month/3000 mile power train warranty, and 2 oil changes. All that nonsense for $1295. They won’t sell you a vehicle without that fee included…period. I bought a certified used Nissan, with a 100k mile power train warranty included, and didn’t need, or want this. Essentially I paid $1295 for two oil changes at their dealership, and $399 for documentation fees, on top of the price of the car. The salespeople I met were pleasant, but I balked at their fee. They refused to sell me a vehicle, or anyone for that matter, without these unnecessary front-loaded fees. This is a dirty trick to make a quick buck, and take advantage of the market situation. When this blows over, customers like myself will never forget. More
