Horrible experience. Communication was horrible and my sales person was rude. I traded in my vehicle on 1/7, and they waited until 1/28 to send off the payoff to my lien holder. And that was only because sales person was rude. I traded in my vehicle on 1/7, and they waited until 1/28 to send off the payoff to my lien holder. And that was only because I harassed them daily and kept asking for confirmation it was sent so it wouldn't hit my credit report for being late. I would never be a repeat customer nor recommend this dealership to anyone. More
