Our family has purchased our last 4 cars from Nissan in Lee's Summit. It's changed owners a few times, but the service department has ALWAYS taken good care of us and remained consistent. While driving from Atlanta to Omaha we had a front end breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed that afternoon; however, the extra lengths that Service Advisor Jack Spence and technician Donnie went thru to diagnose what was needed and find a part at that late time, they got us back on then road. Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend. More
Riley Stark is part of the reason people don't trust car sales people. Full of BS and pretending to be a friend, but clearly doesn't care about the customer. I bought a 2019 superduty ford. I had arranged my own financing. The dealership took a credit app on me. I told the salesman not to pull my credit that I had Chase bank financing th I had arranged my own financing. The dealership took a credit app on me. I told the salesman not to pull my credit that I had Chase bank financing the truck. The finance manager girl sent my application to multiple lenders and credit unions without my permission. Dropped my credit score 150 points. Then when I brought them my approval they raised the price 580.00 for a lifetime store warranty. They tried to charge me more on my interest rate than my pre approval said from chase bank.I told the finance girl and the salesman I didnt want it. They said every car sold gets it. I said no. The added it in on my amount to finance. After taking delivery, poor delivery. Salesman new nothing about the truck or its options or how to operate them. I had it in their shop for 9 days and they did nothing. It was never services or even a oil change. When I picked it up I was checking the serviced items and they lied and did nothing. The front end had play and popping noise. I took it back for another 7 days and it was not fixed right and only a oil change. The air filter was terribly dirty. The salesman says, Well I told them I guess they didnt listen. Now I have a truck that has front end issues. I got charged 580.00 more than agreed upon, and I have found out by a local repair company that the front end had been altered and was not factory front end, never disclosed to me and has frame damage due to the altering for the liftkit and aftermarket items that were installed before I purchased the truck the inner fender wells have been cut out and it has a burning smell to it after 60 miles of driving. The tires are wearing on the outside edges badly due to bad front end. I have put 3800 miles on it due to my job. It is a hazard to dive for my safety and others on the roadway. I would not recommend anyone to go there to buy. A lot of misrepresentation No one tells the truth. Now they dont want to cover repairs and they charged me for a lifetime warranty from the dealership that I was charged 580.00 for. The sales manager was a complete xxx and the finance department if a very scandalous group of people. Shop elsewhere please you will be treated terribly. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. We've had the car for three weeks and they haven't followed through on finishing the paperwork with us and haven't paid off our trade. Was told two weeks ago there was no way to securely and electronically sign the documents since we live 4 hours away. We've talked to three different people in the finance department and are still getting the runaround. Yesterday they finally offered to let us sign everything through DocuSign but haven't sent anything to us to be signed. We can't get our new car registered, titled, and tagged because they won't get our paperwork done! More

He answered yes with this trim level and etc.He immediately ask when you can come an see the car?I answered I cant see the car I have a work.He didn't like my answer and immediately hang up on me.What a rude person.Hey,you you don't deserve your post and definitely don't deserve representing your company. Don't be a aggressive selling vehicle to the point your loosing your patience and professionalism,you don't have to sell cars,customer will come and look at you.If you build relationship with sale after sale will come to you in two folds or more than that! Don't be an as**ole.okay? What I did I called back and look for the manager and complain.Hopefully,it did not fall on deaf ears. More
