Worst Nissan Dealership. Don’t recommend. They lie and change stories, especially to gain your business. My grandma is 70 years old and Jt the manager was verbally abusing my Don’t recommend. My grandma is 70 years old and Jt the manager was verbally abusing my grandmother when they found out my grandmother wasnt buying there vehicle. The salesman Jonathan wanted to drive us to another dealership to look at a vehicle my grandmother wanted and on the way back stopped by his apartment smelled like weed and when headed back to Wood he was weaving in an out of traffic an I looked down at his speedometer he was going 94 mph with my grandmother my 5 year old an myself in the car. When we brought our concern up to the manager he just said that didn’t sound like his salesman. There was so many lies that day. We first was told we would be buying this car from the other dealership we wanted an it would be there in a few hours for her to get and after he told us what time to come back and they had agreed on a price the salesman came back and sold it sold but would be finding another vehicle for her just like this one. So of course they found one but wanted around $5.000 more . They said they would have have it Saturday then Monday then wed and back to Monday. So never really new when they would have it or what vehicle we were actually getting. We had many questions as to why stories kept changing. My grandma did put a down payment on it an signed papers The next day I called the other dealership and the in fact did still have the vehicle and it had not sold as Jonathan had said. So we went and bought that vehicle from the other dealership since she had concerns since we hadn’t seen the car they found an had been lied to we had red flags. So she stopped the payment. Then Monday came an Jt called an he was threatening to sue my grandmother for cancelling the check an said they talked to the other dealership who had agreed to buy the vehicle back from my grandmother. That was a lie that was never discussed. We did have the conversation of Jt and my grandmother recorded. Jt on Monday several times kept messaging me (harassing me) about this after we told them we wasn’t going through with them. Jt is very unprofessional how he handles things. Reiselmann Nissan is the way to go Andrew who ended up being our salesman was so helpful and kind to my grandmother. There manager was also very nice and very professional More

I chose to bring my car here for maintenance because the previous owner did. Been coming for a couple of years now and they take such great care of me. I dealt with a salesman named rusty. The initial convo was pretty cool. He seemed trustworthy so I decided to come out. I explained to him I work alot a didn't have time to just be up at the lot looking around so if I came out there it would be specifically for that vehicle and if wasn't what I thought it was I would leave to look at the other 2 vehicles I previously picked out from a different place. He seemed like he understood. He told me the day before he would have the car detailed and waiting out front and since I was working with a short amount of time he would take care of me promptly. That wasn't the case. Rusty was with a customer already knowing I was on my way with little to no time. I just wanted to test drive the car and buy it or leave. He explained to me that this particular customer was supposed to be there in a couple hours after me but came in early. Instead of recognizing that I was the priority he left me and my guest waiting while he gets them ready for a test drive which is all we wanted to do also He hands them the keys and they leave. We'll he grabs the keys for us and jumps in the back seat and start giving directions to where we need to be driving lol. The sheer annoyance of that almost made me leave my dream car on this lot. It was a porsche panamera and I been looking for one of these with the right price, miles, etc. While I'm test driving and driving slow to hear the vehicles noises he keeps talking trying to give more directions. I finally asked him to be quiet so I can listen to the vehicle. I asked him where the highway was from here so I can test the highway stability cause I was unfamiliar with the area. He tells me directions which was only 5 blocks away and he leads me right to a dead end asking as if he didn't know with a crazy smirk. Finally we made it back and I absolutely loved this car. I tell him let's get the paperwork finished(mind u I already have everything I need from the bank, got the price already set and just need to complete these few items. He takes the keys and start dealing with the other customers AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALE! Telling me to hold on outside again after the test drive to go back in grab them another set of keys to another car and trying to sell the features of it. It was so uncomfortable that the other customers asked him to just finish up with us first. I decided right then if we see that we are getting put on the backburner and other customers too, why couldn't the salesman? Only thing I could think of was he knew and either 1)didn't care 2) he was being in considerate or 3) too greedy knowing I came to buy and he was still tryna sell to them. Either was it felt like my money wasn't good enough so I decided to ask him was anyone else there to help us while he was helping them. He said no and assured us he would be back over there lol. I started walking back to my truck and then he ALL OF A SUDDEN felt we were important enough because the other customer seen how uncomfortable we were when we started to leave. He then comes to my truck and tries to blame me for coming 1 1/2 hours after I woke up. I previously told him I work overnight and get up about 10. I live 50 mins away from the dealer and had to bring somebody to drive my other vehicle in case I bought it. So yea it took me 1 1/2 to drive 50 mins get dressed and pick up my passenger but I explained this before coming I would be there by 1130-1200. And I did. Finally he explained that he didn't make us feel a certain way(which at this point I didn't care) I just didn't want to leave the car I loved so much. So I get to his office and finalized the paperwork just for him to tell me he needs to get the car detailed before I buy. I knew the car was still dirty and he didn't get it detailed like he previously mentioned or even cleaned and now after we finished the car was getting cleaned so long he had to go see what was going on with it. Needless to say I was late for work! EJ Laux was the best tho. More
For me it's the service department, specifically Serik. That guy goes above and beyond every time I'm there. Whether it is warranty related or general service. Guy is an absolute Rockstar. Sales experience a couple years ago was OK, nothing stellar, finance guy was horrible but he's no longer there so that's a moot point. Service is where it's at though. Comfortable waiting area, open snack vending area where you can purchase items and they have a free area. Keep Serik at all costs, guy is simply amazing. More
