Late receiving vehicle on time. Said 2 to 3 hours, took to be ready took them 5 hours, and another 20 minutes to bring car down,mechanic drove it to pick up area facing the drop off Said 2 to 3 hours, took to be ready took them 5 hours, and another 20 minutes to bring car down,mechanic drove it to pick up area facing the drop off then employee turn the car around and I finally got it.
